The ProLint web server no longer accepts new submissions.

The same lipid–protein interaction analysis can be run on your own machine with ProLint 2, the open-source successor of the web server's analysis engine (pip install prolint). See the ProLint 2 documentation to get started.

Precomputed results for published systems remain available in the Database and GPCRs sections.
